Everything it takes
to be the answer

Classic SEO plus a full GEO layer, built for US startups and companies. Our free audit measures where you stand on each of these today, then we fix what it finds.

Run a free audit

Six lines of work, and what each one actually ships

Every engagement is some combination of these. You are not buying activity, you are buying the outcome named under each one, and every line says how it is measured.

01

AI visibility audit

You get a number, per platform and per question, for whether you are named. And the name that appears in your place when you are not.

Who it is for. Teams who have been told they are invisible to AI and need the figure before they can ask for a budget.

Get your baseline

What ships

  • A prompt set built from your real buying questions, not generic industry terms
  • Per platform results across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity
  • The competitor named instead of you, question by question
  • The pages and third party sources each answer was drawn from

How it is measured. Rerun monthly against the same prompt set, so a change is a change rather than a different question producing a different answer.

02

Answer ready content

Pages an assistant can lift a clean answer out of, live on your site rather than in a deck of recommendations.

Who it is for. Marketing teams without a writer who can hold a technical subject and still write something a person wants to read.

What ships

  • Briefs built from your own ranking and citation gaps
  • Drafts written answer first, with every claim sourced
  • Published into your CMS by us, or handed to your editor
  • FAQ blocks and schema on every piece

How it is measured. Every page is scored on answer extractability and attribution before it ships, using the same engine we sell. A piece that would fail the audit does not go out.

03

Schema and entities

Search engines and assistants agree on which company you are, what you sell, and that the brand mentioned elsewhere is you.

Who it is for. Companies with an ambiguous brand name, a rebrand behind them, or a competitor they keep being confused with.

What ships

  • Organization, WebSite and Product or Service schema across the templates
  • sameAs covering every profile you actually own
  • Breadcrumb, FAQ and Article types where the page earns them
  • Validation against the live response, template by template

How it is measured. Checked in the deployed HTML rather than a staging preview, because a block that fails to parse is ignored silently and looks identical to one that works.

04

Technical fixes

The crawler reaches the page, reads it without running JavaScript, and is allowed to index what it finds.

Who it is for. React, Vue and headless stacks where the content arrives after hydration, and any site that has quietly been serving an empty page to assistants.

What ships

  • Render gap work: prerendering, static generation or server side routing
  • robots.txt, sitemap, canonical and hreflang corrections
  • Core Web Vitals work on the templates that actually carry traffic
  • AI crawler access opened per bot, with the reasoning written down

How it is measured. Every change is rerun through the same 36 checks, and the before and after sits in the monthly report rather than in an email saying it is done.

05

Authority and PR

The third party sources assistants actually read start naming you, which is where most citations come from rather than from your own site.

Who it is for. Brands that are technically sound and still absent from the answer, which is almost always a third party source problem.

What ships

  • Directory and marketplace listings in the places that get cited
  • Presence on the review platforms where your category is compared
  • Digital PR pitched to publications in your space
  • Community and forum presence, earned rather than posted

How it is measured. Reported as new referring domains and as new citation sources in the monthly run. This is the slowest line we sell and the only one nobody can guarantee, so we report what landed rather than what was pitched.

06

Visibility tracking

One report a month that ties each movement to the specific work that caused it, so the retainer is arguable rather than assumed.

Who it is for. Anyone who has to justify the spend internally to somebody who was not in the kickoff.

What ships

  • The full prompt set rerun across every platform
  • Ranking, traffic and citation movement side by side
  • The work shipped that period, itemised against the movement
  • A named strategist to take it through with your team

How it is measured. Same prompts, same checks, same cadence, so the comparison holds. Where a movement has no work behind it we say so rather than claiming it.

Looking for this under a different name?

The discipline is sold under four names and they are not quite synonyms. Each page below covers the same six lines of work from the angle that name implies.

Whichever name you arrived with, the money question is the same one, and it is answered onwhat GEO costs with the market table beside our own prices.

How we work inside your business

The questions a security review asks, answered before you have to ask them.

Access to your site

Scoped, revocable keys held in a secrets manager. Never an admin password, never a shared login. You can revoke everything in one action and nothing we shipped disappears with it.

Approval before anything ships

Technical fixes are proposed with the before and after from the audit. Content is delivered for review. Nothing reaches a live page without your sign off unless you explicitly hand us that authority.

Rollback

Every change we make is reversible and recorded against the engagement, so a change can be undone individually rather than by restoring a backup of the whole site.

Contract terms

Month to month. No annual lock in, no minimum term, no notice period buried in a schedule. If a month does not earn its place you stop and keep everything already shipped.

Who does the work

A named strategist owns the account and is the person on the monthly call. The audit engine is ours and runs in house, so nothing about your site is passed to a third party tool that resells the data.

What reporting looks like

One report a month tying every movement to the work that period, rerunnable on demand. Every figure in it is measured on your live pages and can be reproduced by you at any time.

An illustrative trajectory, not a client result and not a promise. Your free audit sets the real baseline and issue count, and we work from that.

GEO does not replace SEO. It sits on top.

AI systems reward the same things Google does: clean sites, real expertise and trusted mentions. We build that base once and you win in both worlds.

Before you ask

What does a service plan cost?

Fix is $99 a month, Fuel is $299 and Flagship is $799, each month to month and each carrying a platform plan at no extra charge. Every limit is published on the pricing page rather than discovered after signing.

How long before anything moves?

Technical fixes land in the first month and their effect shows as soon as the pages are recrawled, usually days to weeks. Content and authority work compounds over three to six months. Anyone promising ranking movement in week two is describing a purchase, not an outcome.

Do we have to give you our CMS password?

No, and we would decline it. We work from scoped, revocable keys held in a secrets manager. You can revoke access in one action and keep everything already shipped.

What if we already have an SEO agency?

Plenty of clients keep one. The usual split is that they own strategy and content while we own the technical and AI visibility layer, because that is the part most agencies do not have an engine for.

Can we start with the audit and decide later?

That is the recommended order. The free audit gives us both the same numbers, and a scope argued from measured problems is better for you than one argued from a proposal template.

Is there a minimum term?

No. Month to month, no notice period, no annual commitment. If a month does not earn its place you stop and keep the work.

Start wherever you are comfortable

Most engagements begin with the free audit, because it gives us both the same numbers to argue about. If you would rather talk first, that is fine too.
